Be Careful About Chilblain When Wearing Boots

In cold winter, lots of people, especially young children, women and restaurant waiter, will be perplexed by chilblain, it is really too much painful and how to solve such problem?

OK, at first, let me discuss why chilblain will be happened, in short, it is easy to be suffered from chilblain in too much cold environment, therefore people who live or work under such environment would be the sufferer.

Women, especially young and fashionable women, like to wear knee high boots, short skirt, leotard and so on, it is easy to suffer from chilblain because blood circulation at feet is too much poor under such circumstance, what’s more, some women themselves have poor blood circulation, so the condition will be serious.

If you are the women who have too much sweat on feet, you should be more careful when wearing knee boot because compared with other women boots such as ankle boots, knee boots have poor performance of breathability. As usual, knee boots should be worn for a long time and about every two days, you’d better wear ordinary shoes, which is useful to improve blood circulation on feet so as to prevent chilblain.
